The Lakes Christian College - Master Plan

The Lakes Christian School engaged with Coverite Projects to prepare a conceptual level master plan as a potential alternative to one that had already been commissioned by the school.

The brief was to reduce the scope of the plan to retain as much of the natural environment as possible, while still meeting the school’s goals to expand and provide more amenity and infrastructure to their students over the next 10 years. 

Coverite drew inspiration from the school’s philosophy and values and prepared an analysis and conceptual masterplan that aimed to utilize existing building footprints as much as possible to minimize disruption to and preserve the beauty of the existing natural bush setting so integral to the realization of the school’s core beliefs and future goals.
