Bespoke solutions for design and construction

We take a modular approach to our service offerings. We found that the industry was too narrow when it came to end-to-end design and construction services. We took this as an opportunity to instead offer a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, estimators, project managers, builders and relationship establishment experts that are available selectively, based on what you need for your project. We draw upon our extensive experience and expertise to seamlessly produce quality outcomes for each and every client and project.

We pride ourselves on the holistic approach that we are able to provide our clients, from project conception through to construction and completion, while also providing individual design and/or delivery packages tailored to the needs of each client and project. We are passionately committed to working as a unified team to support long-lasting positive relationships with all clients.

Project Discovery

The Project Discovery phase is where we establish the project's framework by defining the brief, setting budget expectations, assessing the site's current conditions, and outlining the project timelines, ensuring a well-grounded foundation for the project's success.

2 of 13

Design Stage 1: Concept Development

During the Concept Development stage, we generate and refine initial design concepts and options. These are then presented to the client for feedback, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives. This collaborative step is crucial for setting the project's design direction.

3 of 13

Budget Analysis

In the Budget Analysis stage, we further the design development and conduct an in-depth budget review. This process ensures that the project's financial framework aligns with design objectives and client expectations.

4 of 13

Preliminary Design & Costing Presentation

At the Preliminary Design & Costing Presentation stage, we present initial designs and cost estimates to the client, along with a proposed list of necessary third-party consultants, establishing the groundwork for detailed project development.

5 of 13

Proceed or Withdraw

At this critical juncture, the client deliberates with their board and may consult an independent Quantity Surveyor (QS). Based on these reviews, they decide whether to move forward with the project or withdraw.

Design Stage 2: Developed Design

In the Developed Design Stage 2, a formal design engagement with the client is established, bringing our experienced consultant team on board. This stage focuses on advancing the design development with meticulous attention to detail. Concurrently, we actively seek approvals from relevant authorities, ensuring that every aspect of the design aligns with regulatory standards. This comprehensive approach is vital for laying a solid foundation for the project, guaranteeing that it progresses smoothly into the subsequent phases with all necessary compliance and design intricacies addressed.

Proceed or Withdraw

At this crucial Proceed or Withdraw stage, the client conducts a comprehensive review of the project's progress and developments. This step involves a critical assessment to decide whether to continue forward with the project as planned or to withdraw, ensuring that the project aligns with the client's expectations and objectives.

Design Stage 3: Technical design Phase

In Design Stage 3: Technical Design Phase, the focus shifts to finalising detailed design documentation needed for construction or tender processes. This phase involves refining design elements to ensure they are fully developed, practical for implementation, and ready for the next step towards realising the project.

9 of 13

Formal Tender or Quantity Surveyor

In this Formal Tender or Quantity Surveyor stage, a formal tender offer is prepared and submitted for the client's consideration. This critical step involves presenting a detailed proposal for the project's execution, ensuring that the client has all the necessary information to make informed decisions about the project's progression and contractor selection.

10 of 13

Proceed or Withdraw

In this critical Proceed or Withdraw step, the client, alongside their board, reviews the tender offer and engages an independent Quantity Surveyor for a secondary evaluation. This stage includes intensive contract negotiations, where the project's feasibility and alignment with the client's objectives are rigorously assessed, leading to a decision on whether to move forward with the project or to withdraw.

11 of 13

Formal Contract, Procurement & Scheduling

In the Formal Contract, Procurement & Scheduling step, a formal agreement or contract is executed, solidifying the commitment to the project. The procurement process for materials, subcontractors, and subcontractor lettings is initiated. Detailed scheduling is developed to ensure the project progresses smoothly, and a payment schedule is established in collaboration with the client. This step lays the foundation for efficient project execution.

Construction Phase

During the Construction Phase, the project comes to life as construction activities commence. Throughout this phase, daily and weekly site reports are diligently issued to keep all stakeholders informed about the progress and developments on-site.

13 of 13

Completion & Handover

In the final step, "Completion & Handover," all construction work is finished. We conduct defect inspections and rectifications as needed. A formal handover and occupancy process is carried out, and all project documentation, including specifications, operating manuals, and warranties, is provided to the client.
