The opportunity
Tarago Views required a comprehensive refurbishment to enhance the internal spaces of their facility. They needed a design that would resonate with the local country setting and improve the living experience for their residents.
The aim was to revamp the facility in a way that was in harmony with their objectives, which entailed upgrading the interiors of common areas, corridors, and resident spaces.
This initiative sought to align the aged care facility’s amenities with the expectations and comfort of its residents, looking for a new aesthetic and functional upgrade.

Coverite Projects were enlisted in early 2019 to execute a full-scale refurbishment of Tarago Views. We closely collaborated with their management to create a design that reflected the local country ambiance and elevated the facility's overall feel.
Our team handled everything from architectural design to project management, ensuring authority approvals and overseeing construction.
Our comprehensive scope included renovating internal corridors, resident areas, and refreshing outdoor spaces, all while aiming to enhance the quality of life for residents and align with the facility's vision.
