Napier Street Aged Care, a heritage-listed bluestone building originally built as a girls' orphanage, needed a refurbishment that honoured its history while creating a genuinely homely environment for residents. Coverite Projects partnered with the client across five stages, blending heritage preservation with thoughtful modern design to transform a cold, institutional interior into a warm and inviting space. The result is a facility residents are proud to call home, one that celebrates its heritage while offering the comfort and care today's aged living demands.
