Coverite Projects was engaged to deliver the interior and exterior clubhouse works, transforming the former bowlers' shed into a modern players’ lounge and creating welcoming social spaces. Working alongside Greenline, who delivered the new covered green, we helped bring the club’s vision for a vibrant, all-seasons destination to life.

A New Home for Social and Competitive Bowls
Halekulani Bowling Club, part of the Mounties Group, set out to transform its facilities into a vibrant, all-seasons destination for members, bowlers and the local community, with a state-of-the-art covered green and upgraded clubhouse spaces. While Greenline delivered the new awning structure and synthetic bowling green, Coverite Projects completed the internal and external building works, refurbishing the bowlers' shed and clubhouse with a players' lounge, locker areas, bowls office, new bar, dining space, upgraded glazing and cladding, TV feature walls and expanded spectator seating. Working closely with Greenline throughout, we ensured the building works integrated smoothly with the new green and all-weather cover, with minimal disruption to club operations.
