The opportunity
Before the project began, Adventist schools in the northern conference were seeking expertise to rejuvenate and reopen an old school facility that had been closed since 1987.
The task involved not just a refurbishment but also a strategic redevelopment that demanded value engineering to ensure funds were utilised effectively.
The aim was to create a master plan for the site that would revitalise the learning spaces, address essential civil works, and provide new amenities while preserving the site’s heritage and meeting modern educational standards.
