Napier Street Aged Care - Facility Refurbishment

The extensive refurbishment of Napier Street Aged Care facility commenced with Coverite Projects in 2017 with stage 1 and is now progressing into stage 6 the final stage.

The project has been a labor of love for all involved, from design to delivery and Coverite have worked closely with the client through the entire process to ensure expectations are met. 

Originally a girls orphanage the original heritage listed bluestone building demanded the utmost respect and careful consideration in the design phase.  The design ultimately took a turn towards the creation of a soft, warm and inviting interior, retaining as much of the heritage elements as possible and working very closely with the client and the building itself to ensure the refurbishment reflected a homeliness that it had lacked in the past.
