Transforming First Impressions with a Rapid Renovation for Belmont Christian College

Belmont Christian College's front office and reception areas were in dire need of a makeover. The spaces were cramped, outdated, and did not reflect the school's modern facilities. As the front office is the first point of contact for new and existing families, guests, educators, and students, these areas are needed to make a positive first impression. The previous layout required reception staff to escort visitors through staff-only areas, creating privacy concerns and disrupting workflow. The poor traffic flow and cluttered environment also hindered functionality and left staff without adequate space to work efficiently.

Coverite Projects provided a comprehensive, turnkey solution that completely transformed the front office and reception areas. We began by developing a modern design that maximised available space and improved functionality. The renovation included demolishing the outdated reception area, removing redundant walls, and upgrading lighting, mechanical systems, power, and data infrastructure. We also installed new joinery, glazing, signage, and furniture. To enhance privacy and usability, we reimagined the space to include additional private meeting rooms, ensuring that the area was welcoming and practical for all users.
