The opportunity
Before Coverite's engagement, Halekulani Bowling Club was poised for a significant upgrade, seeking to modernise its facilities to enhance member experience.
They required assistance in budgeting for upgrades based on an existing concept, with a need to finalise design elements and tender successfully.
The envisioned project aimed to construct a new bowling green, clubhouse, bar, and improved dining spaces, along with upgrading male and female amenities.
The club needed a design and construct team to bring this concept to fruition, reflecting the community's aspirations for a contemporary and multifunctional recreational environment.
How we helped
Our team was selected to provide critical budgeting and construction services for Halekulani Bowling Club's renovation. After winning the tender, we led the design and construction, transforming the club with a new bowling green, clubhouse, bar, dining areas, and modern amenities.
We focused on enhancing the club's functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that the updated facilities would meet the evolving needs of the members and the local community.
Our goal was to create an inviting, contemporary space that would serve as a cornerstone for social and recreational activity.
