Roshana Care Parkes Refurbishment Prepares Facility for Reopening
Coverite Projects has been awarded the Design & Construct project for Roshana Care Parkes, a full refurbishment to reopen Roshana Aged Care's currently vacant facility in Parkes, NSW.
It's our second recent project to bring a regional aged care facility back into operation, work we see as playing a small but meaningful part in supporting the coming online of more critical aged care capacity across regional Australia, where access to quality care can be hardest to find.
Delivering with care, safety and craftsmanship
Delivered by a team with over 50 years of combined industry experience and deep expertise in aged care, the Roshana Care, Parks project reflects our ongoing commitment to regional and remote delivery - bringing the same standard of care, safety, and craftsmanship to communities right across the East Coast, wherever they are.
The works will see bedrooms, ensuites, corridors and communal spaces transformed throughout the facility, alongside upgrades to back-of-house areas including the nurse station, laundry and utility rooms. From new flooring and joinery through to 53 refreshed bathrooms and a striking new feature wall in the dining room, the project is designed to create a warmer, more comfortable environment ready for residents and staff to return to.
Working within an older, vacant facility brings its own set of challenges, and safety is front of mind for our team at every stage, from site inductions and risk assessments through to daily WHS management - ensuring the works are delivered without compromise.
This project reflects the trust our aged care partners continue to place in Coverite Projects as a long-term partner across the sector, and we're looking forward to bringing our end-to-end approach, from design through to construction, to this community.
