Millrace Tenterfield Resident Wing Extension Design & Construction Project Awarded to Coverite Projects
Coverite Projects has been awarded the design and construct contract for the Millrace Tenterfield Resident Wing Extension, on behalf of Apollo Care, working alongside their project management representative, LPM Project Management. The project will add new resident beds to the Millrace community and refresh existing areas of the facility, supporting the long-term sustainability of aged care in the region.
Regional delivery, local impact
Delivered under a design and construct model, the project reflects Coverite's capability to deliver end-to-end outcomes in regional communities, applying the same integrated approach the team brings to projects across NSW. The extension will bring additional beds online for local residents, meeting growing demand for aged care places outside major metro centres.
The project is supported by an Aged Care Capital Assistance Program (ACCAP) grant from the Australian Government, part of a broader initiative to expand aged care capacity in regional areas.
Design for the Resident Wing Extension is being led in-house by Coverite's team, working closely with Apollo Care to ensure the new wing and refurbished areas reflect the character of the existing Millrace community.
