In early 2021,  the  Board and Executive  team at  Maitland   Christian  School  identified    a need to make better  use of existing space within the school  site.

After brief discussions over the  previous  months,  we ultimately   reached out to the team at Coverite

Projects to assist  us to explore  the  potential   options  for this project.

Their team  of architects  & project consultants   came out  to our site  promptly, listened  carefully to our  brief,  and set about developing  concepts   and design suggestions.  The first concept  that  was developed  was almost  exactly what  we were looking for.  Coverite then  provided us with  a good clear indication    of what  the project was likely  to cost if we were  to continue  to proceed.

At this  stage  we also  reached out to other Designers  & Builders for due  diligence   and other opinions of cost, however  after  close  consideration    & comparison,   we felt the  costings & design  concepts provided by the  team at Coverite offered  our school  the  most value.

From  the time  we committed to  progressing, we found  the  project team at Coverite  wasted no time in finalising   all  details,   and organising   certifications and  relevant  approvals.

Communication    during  all  phases, (particularly   the construction   phase)  was regular  and  professional.

All questions   or any challenge's   that  were encountered whilst   in progress, were  resolved  quickly and professionally   by the site  team and project managers.

The finished   project was a great outcome   and has now been utilised   by our whole   school community.
