Early in 2015 Fairview Retirement Village approached Coverite to assist in the refurbishment of our small and ageing bathrooms after an initial planning stage with our architect.
Coverite staff where able to assist with a final construction program including the upgrade of both bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms. The planning and building stages were carried out in a professional manner and of the highest quality. Support from both the onsite supervisor, project manager and Coverite management always met the expectations of our facility.
The work was carried out to our complete satisfaction and within budget and the planned time frame. Stage 1 of the work carried out by Coverite included 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, whilst work arranged by Fairview included an upgrade of hallways and a common area. Due to the result of stage 1 work Fairview contracted Coverite to proceed with a further 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and also project managed the additional hallway and common area upgrades, installation of handrails, air conditioning and floorcoverings. Total project cost including stages 1 & 2 was over $500,000.
Coverite where approachable regarding all matters stemming from the upgrade and always did their very best to achieve a positive outcome.
