Tarago Views Aged Care - Facility Refurbishment

This regional client approached Coverite Projects to assist them with a state government grant application.  Ultimately the application was successful and Coverite were engaged further to prepare architectural and interior design documentation as well as project delivery services. 

The primary goal of the client brief was to maximise internal connectivity throughout resident common spaces, opening up visual and physical flow throughout the facility.  Through the creation of new outdoor resident areas the design encouraged resident connection with the external environment and drew inspiration from the Victorian small town bushland setting, utilizing bright feature pops of colour juxtaposed against the natural materials and muted tones that are quintessentially Australian.
