St Luke’s Care has engaged Coverite Projects to deliver the refurbishment of the Lulworth Wing at St Luke’s Lulworth House, with a clear ambition to elevate one of Sydney’s most exclusive aged care environments.

Positioned within a remarkable heritage setting in Potts Point, surrounded by established, manicured gardens, the project sits alongside the original hospital building - a near century-old architectural landmark. Within this context, the refurbishment presents a unique opportunity to redefine premium aged care living within a tightly held metropolitan asset.

In collaboration with Gilmore Design, Coverite Projects will deliver a carefully considered, hotel-quality environment, underpinned by bespoke detailing and a refined material palette. The design response centres on generous, well-appointed suites with expansive ensuites, balancing sophistication with a sense of warmth, comfort, and familiarity for residents.
