Maranatha House engaged Coverite Projects to deliver a new Memory Support Unit as part of its long‑term asset and service strategy. Following the successful refurbishment of the Allworth Wing in 2025, we supported the organisation in securing grant funding and were subsequently appointed through a competitive tender under a design and construct contract. Early contractor involvement enables key commercial, compliance and operational requirements to be aligned from the outset, providing a clear and de‑risked pathway into delivery.
The project is being delivered through our end‑to‑end design and construct model, led by our multidisciplinary team operating as a single point of accountability. This integrated approach supports cost certainty, programme control and efficient decision‑making, while embedding aged care design expertise early in the process.
The Memory Support Unit will strengthen Maranatha House’s built assets and operational capability, while demonstrating Coverite Projects’ ability to deliver complex aged care environments in regional settings, applying metropolitan expertise while responding to local community needs.
