Coverite Projects were engaged by the client as part of a larger design team to deliver their new open plan senior learning hub.

The team were enlisted to provide project management services alongside the project team from the early stages of the project. 

The open plan concept allowed for flexibility of use from single quiet study to large group activities and prioritized the relationship between internal learning and external learning environments, with an emphasis on visual connection to the immediate outdoor areas, natural lighting and ventilation. 

The project saw Coverite deliver a dynamic space full of innovative and highly considered design, resulting in a new, invigorating, functional and beautiful learning environment for students and staff alike. 

The project was delivered on time and on budget to a very happy and excited school community.
