Our long-standing client Japara had purchased the facility from another provider and engaged with Greenpoint Construction Group to deliver facility refurbishment designed by Boffa Robertson Group. 

Coverite Projects were engaged to provide flooring installation services throughout the facility and our team worked closely with the Builder, client and designers to ensure the contemporary hotel-like style of the design was fully realized and residents were provided with a variety of functional, aesthetic and comfortable spaces to enjoy from high quality and high comfort resident bedrooms and ensuites, lounges, gardens and dining spaces to roof-top terraces with city views.
