Aurrum Norah Head - Facility Refurbishment

Aurrum Norah Head engaged with Coverite Projects to assist with the whole facility refurbishment of this seaside aged care home. 

The refurbishment drew upon the fresh, breezy and warm environment of the Australian coastline to design a relaxed, uplifting home for the residents and staff. 

The use of warm tones, soft patterns and timber accents reflected the natural materiality and iconic feel of the beach in summertime.  The project was delivered successfully on time and on budget and has lead to a very positive ongoing relationship between the client and Coverite Projects

We engaged Coverite to completely refurbish 22 of our resident rooms and ensuites. The project was completed within the expected timeframe with not a single variation cost. During the course of the work, their staff were very sensitive to the needs of the facility and the general day to day operations.
