Our 4 Step Design & Costing Process

STEP 1.

PROJECT DISCOVERY

Access and understand your project requirements and desired outcomes. Obtain budget expectations and requirements of the project.

Gain any site information and inspect existing building conditions.

Set timeline for remaining three phases of the process.

STEP 2.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Our design team develop first draft concepts and project ooptions. They are share with the client at PCG.

STEP 3.

PRELIMINARY BUDGET

Further basic design development is produced. The design and construction teams collaborate to formulate a realistic budget.

STEP 4.

PRELIMINARY

DESIGN & CONCEPTS

Preliminary design and cost estimates are presented to the client at PCG. A list of anticipated third-party consultants required for the project and an outline of project delivery schedule.
