John Davy
Founder
John is the founder of Coverite Projects, starting the company in 1975 in partnership with his brother.
While Roger and Peter, John’s sons now manage the company, John continues to contribute as a highly valued and much loved part of the team.
John, Roger and Peter have instilled a culture and ethos of co-operation, enthusiasm and passion for quality that has resulted in a team driven by results and motivated to achieve the highest standard of outcome for our clients.

Roger started at Coverite Projects in 2000 joining his father John and taking the already 25 year old business to the next level. Roger has cultivated the team and the culture that Coverite have become known for today and is passionate about quality delivery and exceeding client expectations wherever possible.

Peter Davy
Project Consultant
Peter started at Coverite Projects team in 2009 joining his older brother Roger and father John in the family business.
His passion for a great team culture and positive experiences for our clients has lead to Coverite successfully establishing our reputation for quality service and delivery and, ultimately, our wonderful repeat client base.
Peter heads up our Discovery Team, employing his love of connecting with new people and meeting new challenges head on to ensure a positive start to all of our client relationships and projects.

Rebekah Martin
Nominated Architect
Bek joined Coverite Projects in 2020. Bek is a Registered Architect and Qualified Interior Designer and, with over 12 years’ experience across a diverse portfolio of projects, heads up our Design Team as our Design Manager and Nominated Architect.
Bek is passionate about quality design outcomes that take a wholistic approach, considering aesthetic, functionality and innovation in equal measure. Bek is particularly interested in the interplay between indoor and outdoor environments in architecture and how a well-considered wholistic design can inspire and enrich the lives of the end user, especially in aged care and education settings.

Karin joined the Coverite Projects team in 2019 and is our Contracts Administrator for our Delivery Team.
Karin has over 12 years experience as a contracts administrator across various industries and she is passionate about delivering quality project outcomes and getting things right the first time!

Finance Manager
Matt has been a part of the Coverite Projects team since 2016 and is our commercial and financial management guru.
Matt has over 30 years professional experience in both chartered accounting and a variety of senior commercial roles in private, ASX listed and international settings, as well as a well- developed commercial acumen and broad financial experience.

Nathan Darcy
Construction Estimator
Nathan joined the team in 2022 and brought with him broad range of project experience across a variety of project typologies including high end residential and commercial projects in New South Wales.
Nathan has a background in Structural Engineering and is also a Design Draftsman by trade.
With more than 20 years experience with construction estimation Nathan has become an integral part of the team, working closely and collaboratively with our Design and Delivery teams in ensuring that budget expectations are managed well.
Nathan is also keen swimmer and runner and likes to compete in marathons.

Sohail Arshad
Systems & Safety Manager
Sohail has been with Coverite Projects since 2019 and is our in-house business improvement specialist.
Sohail manages all things quality, safety and process related, continuously identifying areas of improvement, efficiency and flexibility, in turn, continuously improving our team output and our client experience.
Sohail is a master of problem solving and also has a special interest in IT which comes in especially handy when any of the team experience technological difficulty.

Project Manager
Bill has extensive Project Management experience in the residential, commercial, multi storey, educational, aged care and medical construction sectors. He has a keen eye for detail and ensures the utmost care is given to our clients and their projects.
In his spare time Bill follows Rugby Union, travels away in his caravan, and competes in offshore yacht racing.

Geoff has been a part of the Coverite Team since 2017 and has brought with him a whole new realm of experience – including ways to make our site more safe, more efficient and methods of communicating site updates to all stakeholders. Geoff loves spending time at the club and also getting involved with community volunteer works such as the Bush Fire Brigade.

Joe started with the team in 2022 and loves to build long lasting relationships with clients by consistently exceeding expectations & maximising outcomes within budgets.
Joe’s key to success is helping clients solve problems through out of the box thinking and a ‘can do’ attitude!
Joe has enjoyed a variety of BDM roles over his career, throughout contrasting industries (from Waste Solutions to Workplace Design and Construction). Throughout each role, communication and a customer first focus has led to successful outcomes for clients.

Katie joined us here at Coverite Projects in 2021 as Architectural Technician on our Design Team.
Katie is a particularly passionate and highly driven designer who is especially interested in creating functional and beautiful interior spaces for a broad range of clients and projects. She has a very special passion for sustainability and the natural environment and it’s connections to architectural and interior design. Katie is also an accomplished surf life saver and swimming instructor.
